Here, Oberon has complete Authority over this area, allowing abilities akin to that of a God. In lore, It's a reality marble that spawns the forest of the fey. In game, it works as a battery to NP Looping while also providing protection for your team. His NP,, is based off the Play of the same name, but it is more based on the forest the play takes place in. It's really meant to keep your team alive and safe from Debuffs. His third skill has less basis on the story, but fits his kit of stalling and stun.

It casts Stun as a replacement for a Sleep ailment, and decrease DEF because you are defenseless while Asleep. His second is based off the Sleeping Spell he casts on the forest to wrap up the story. It, of course, casts charm on all enemis and decreases ATK, as you don't want to hit the one you love. His first is based off the juice that Oberon sprinkles into Titania's eyes, and causes alot of the problems in the story. His Skills are all based on parts from the play. I feel I could have done more with the progression of the outfit, but the commissioner said it was fine, so I guess it's okay.

I also tried to make him very feminine and pretty, because I always see pixies being depicted as being small, cute creatures, so their king should fit with that description. I played around with the idea of giving him Monarch Butterfly wings, but eventually settled on making his wings more fluttery.
